Terms & Conditions

By ordering from www.wildandwoolly.co.uk you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and agree that they constitute a legally binding contract between you and Wild and Woolly.
Definitions

"We" or Wild and Woolly means the web site wildandwoolly.co.uk.

"You" means the user of the web site.

"Goods" or "items" means any products (including but not limited to soft/plush toys) available to purchase on the web site.

"web site" means the website accessible at the url http://www.wildandwoolly.co.uk and hosted by Infotech 247 Ltd.

 

1.Prices, Payment and Taxes

1.1. Wild and Woolly reserves the right to change prices listed on the web site without prior notice.

1.2. The price that you pay for goods is as shown on our web site at the time that you order and includes VAT and standard postage, packing and insurance charges to UK mainland destinations.

1.3. Where Wild and Woolly is sending goods abroad, Wild and Woolly is not liable for any import duty or taxes – these will be paid by the purchaser.

1.4. Wild and Woolly accepts payment by credit and debit cards, cheques, postal orders, cash (by registered mail only) and money orders that can be banked in the UK. Wild and Woolly is not responsible for cheques, cash or money orders lost in the post.

1.5. Payemts through the protX system are not processed until the order is ready to be despatched. At the point of order confirmation, authority is given to process the payment, but no payment is taken until Wild and Woolly authosise it through the secure payment system.

1.6. Currency Converter - the Currency Converter on each page is only for use as a guide. The exchange rates charged for the transaction will be determined by the Bank that issues the customer's card - (for more information call your card handler). Wild and Woolly accepts no responsibility for variations in these rates and any conversion is intended as a guide only.

 

2. Despatch

2.1. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this web site does not constitute an offer for sale. Bank card payments are activated by Wild and Woolly, not by the confirmation of the order on the website at the time of ordering.

2.2. An order placed by you on this web site will be considered as an offer to purchase goods from Wild and Woolly. Until your offer has been accepted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, no contract for the sale of goods exists between you and Wild and Woolly.

2.3. On receipt of your order Wild and Woolly will issue a confirmation e-mail to confirm receipt of your order. Wild and Woolly reserves the right not to accept an order for any reason whatsoever.

2.4. Items are normally despatched within 48 hours. If we are not able to send your items within 3 days, you will receive notification of this by e-mail with an estimated date of despatch and the offer of an option to cancel the order.

2.5. For multiple item orders, Wild and Woolly may at its discretion deliver the goods in separate consignments.

2.6. If you do not receive the goods within 10 working days, you must notify us by e- mail and we will resend the goods or refund the amount you paid for the goods.

2.7. Delivery outside of EU area - Most items will be shipped by air mail postage using Royal Mail from the UK.You can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days. Any order shipped to a destination outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied and collected on delivery. The purchaser is considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. In some regions you should allow additional delivery time due to customs delays.

2.8. Wild and Woolly use the Royal Mail and Parcelforce services for delivery and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by any actions of these organisations.

 

3. Cancellation and Returns

3.1. You may cancel an order, or part order, at any time after you have placed it and before a contract for the sale of goods is in effect between yourself and Wild and Woolly in accordance with the terms of this agreement. You must communicate this cancellation by e-mail to athol999@yahoo.co.uk or by telephone to 01480 467335 specifying your name, the order number and details of items to be cancelled

3.2. Wild and Woolly will refund the amount that you paid or replace any goods returned by you which, when delivered, were either damaged or faulty or did not conform to the specification on the website, provided that you notify wildandwoollyshop.co.uk by e-mail within 7 days of delivery of the goods.

3.3. Items will only be replaced or refunded after the original goods are returned.

3.4. Wild and Woolly will only refund return postage costs for goods delivered in an unsatisfactory condition.

3.5 Wild and Woolly reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit on orders in excess of £100 in case of cancellation of order or return of item/s for any reason other than fault or damage to the item on receipt..

 

4. Liability

4.1. The colours of items may vary slightly from that shown on the web site due to limitations of monitors and browser software. All sizes are approximate.

4.2. Wild and Woolly confirms that in relation to any goods purchased from the web site:

4.3. You agree to indemnify Wild and Woolly against any claims, losses, liabilities,
damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this web site.

4.4. Force Majeure – Wild and Woolly will not be liable for any failure to deliver or
delay in delivery of the goods, or damage to goods delivered, arising from
circumstances beyond Wild and Woolly’s reasonable control.

 

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

5.1. Wild and Woolly is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988).

5.2. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

5.3. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

5.4. All confidential information, including credit card details and e-mail addresses, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Credit Card details are destroyed as soon as the transaction is completed.

5.5. Customer details are not given to third parties.

5.6. The information that we hold about you will be accurate and up to date. You can check this information by e-mailing us via the Contact Us page of the website.

 

6. Jurisdiction

6.1. The Contract for the purchase of any goods will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

7.1. The Wild and Woolly logo and the website pages are the property of Wild and Woolly, and may not be reproduced without permission from Wild and Woolly.
