We ordered a soft toy dog from you which was found to be out of stock. You managed to find the item in Germany and had it shipped over for us. I just wanted you to know how pleased I am to have found this particular "brown bear" my twins were bought them one each when they were born three years ago , they have been their comforters ever since !
